Exchange Policy – Adhi Shree Fashion

At Adhi Shree Fashion, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can easily request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Exchange is available for size or product defects only.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@adhishreefashion.com / +91 7073341018 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, Product Name, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

  • After the product passes our quality check, we’ll send the replacement product within 5–7 working days.

  • If your requested size or item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit for your next purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Accessories, innerwear, and discounted/sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
