What is the exchange policy on Adhi Shree Fashion ?
As per company policy we provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. If there is really a problem in it then only it will be done otherwise it will not be done (provided the above terms and conditions are fulfilled).
If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at support@adhishreefashion.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Once accepted by the Bunny team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we currently do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person regarding the number of products to be dispatched along with his signature and mobile number. Half Shree Fashion will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items via traceable mail.

1. Can be exchanged within 7 days for the date of delivery

2. Only products that are in the original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, fully intact with all of their labels and tags and tags are eligible for exchange.

3. Please write your name, address, number, email and order ID on the parcel with the required size.

4. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.

5. Size exchange available (In case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get one size larger or smaller, equal to the amount of the product exchanged plus the return and return shipping/COD cost).

6. Store credit is equal to the amount of the product exchanged plus shipping/COD cost with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.

7. The cost of shipping (including reverse pickup plus shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
